We ship UPS Ground within the Continental United States. All orders must carry a street address and telephone number. Sorry, we are not able to ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes. Delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Items ordered together usually arrive together. If it is necessary to ship items separately Shipping and Handling will be charged only once, against the first shipment.
Rush delivery is available at extra cost. Please email or call Customer Service for an estimate of charges.
California sales tax applies to orders shipped within or to California.

If you receive merchandise damaged in delivery please email or call Customer Service and we will arrange reshipment or refund if the item(s) is out of stock. In order for us to file a claim against the carrier you should retain the original shipping carton and damaged merchandise until Customer Services authorizes disposal.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping and Handling charges) within 30 days of order receipt. A Return Form with instructions is included with your order.
Accuracy of Information and Pricing
We carefully check the information about our merchandise, its availability and the prices posted online. Errors may occur however and we reserve the right to correct information and prices.
You will have 30 days to return your purchase if you are not satisfied with the order. If it is apparel it will need to not be worn and in the same condition as when you received it. If it is a sauce or spice then the lid and seal cannot be broken or you will not be refunded.
If we sent you the wrong item then please send the item back with the original invoice and we will send you the correct item back. Please contact us for more details at email@example.com.
If you want to return or change your order for any reason other than us sending you the wrong item ordered then please follow the instructions below.

- Circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
- Print out a pre-paid UPS return shipping label.
- Affix your UPS return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
- Take the package to your nearest UPS drop off location.
When you mail your purchase back to us using the pre-paid UPS shipping label, we'll deduct a flat fee of $6.00 from your order refund for return postage.

If you want a different shirt or different size then you will need to follow the same return procedures listed above. Instead of deducting $6.00 from your credit card (because we aren't refunding any money) you will need to include a check for $6.00 to cover our shipping and packing expense. Your exchange item will be sent one the check clears.
